Lazy Dog Inn Guest Policies:
Our policies are in place to ensure the safety, well being and comfort
of our guests and their doggie friends. We appreciate your cooperation
adhering to the Lazy Dog Inn polices. Thank you.
Children:
Guests must be 14 years of age or older (unfortunately no exceptions
will be made).
Doggie Guests must be at least 12 weeks old.
Cats and Elephants:
Unfortunately we don’t have any accommodations for our feline or
pachyderm friends.
Doggie Details Request Form:
Once your reservation has been confirmed you will be sent our Doggie
Details Form The form is required to insure the health and safety
for all of our doggie guests at The Lazy Dog Inn. The form can be mailed
or sent electronically to you.
Non Smoking Environment:
The Lazy Dog Inn is 100% Smoke Free.
Immunization:
The Following is needed from your veterinarian (Most Veterinarians
offices will already have this information on file and ready for you) we
need to make sure all of our doggie guests are current with their shots
including DHLLP-Parvo, rabies vaccinations and bordatella. Titers reports are
also acceptable. Please make sure
you submit the required information prior check in. This can be
completed using the following: US Mail, Electronic Mail or Facsimile.
Rules inside “The Lazy Dog Inn”:
All dogs are permitted in guestrooms and common areas. No deposit is
required for keeping a dog in a guestroom. We reserve the right to full
reimbursement for any deep cleaning or damage caused by doggie guests or their owners.
Doggie guests must be leashed at all times when outside any guestroom.
Doggie guests are not allowed in the dining areas. Doggie guests are not
to be left alone in guestrooms for any reason.
Excessive barking or howling:
Our guests must utilize all measures to prevent their dogs from loud,
frequent, habitual barking, howling, crying, or yelping.
Please Pick Up Waste:
All guests are expected to pick up after their dogs, no exceptions. The
Lazy Dog Inn prides itself on being a clean, safe and enjoyable for all
guests.
Whoops:
Accidents happen, if a doggie guest has an accident in the house.
Cleaning supplies can be found under each bathroom sink. Please let us
know so the stain can be treated appropriately.
Overnight Options for Doggie Guests:
Of course our Doggie Guests are welcome to stay in our guestrooms. We
recommend bringing your our crate or dog bed, that will make your dog
feel more comfortable. We will provide doggie beds when requested.
Doggie guests may choose to spend the night in our climate controlled
“Doggie Lodge”. Please let us know if you plan to have your dog spend
the night in the “Doggie Lodge”. We want to make our doggie guests have
an enjoyable sleep over.
Lastly:
All of our Doggie guests are expected not to be aggressive toward other
Doggie Guests or their owners. There is a Doggie Wash area located in
the “Doggie Lodge”
There is a
$25 per night fee for each additional human guest. The fee
will be waived for stays of three nights or more.
Cancellation Policy:
1. For reservations cancelled 14 days or more before arrival: Guest
receives full refund less $50 administrative expenses.
2. For reservations cancelled less than 14 days before arrival:
- If we are able to rebook the room, guest will receive a full refund
minus a $50 cancellation fee .
- If we are unable to rebook the room, unfortunately the guest will
forfeit the entire payment due.
Major holidays, fall foliage, and special events require a 21 day
notification
3. Unfortunately, in the event that we do not receive notice of your
cancellation, your account will be charged the full amount of your stay.
